Spirit & Sanctuary

Do you hear the quiet whispers?

Are you tired of all the doing and are ready to step into being?

Do you sense it's time to pause, breathe, and listen to what your soul has been craving?

Imagine being held in nature, connected to spirit and fully present. Spirit & Sanctuary is a chance to slow down, reconnect to your intuition and connect to spirit. It's a place of quiet reflection that creates flow and recalibration.

‌What to expect:

  • We begin with a gentle meditation to ground, protect and reconnect to self.

  • We then continue with sensory activities that promote and enhance a deeper sense of being.

  • Through spiritual tools and the healing power of nature, we gently uncover insights, messages and the inner wisdom that is already waiting within you.

  • We  close the experience with a grounding tea ceremony and an oracle card draw, to offer further clarity and guidance.

  • - Finishing by sharing a moment of gratitude for being held in nature, connected to spirit and giving yourself permission to yourself for being here today.

FAQs

Forrest bathing or Shinrin- Yoku (in Japanese) is an immersive experience into nature through sensory experiences. It will give you the opportunity to step back from the busy hustle and bustle and become more mindful and present. It is proven to help you feel more relaxed and is beneficial for both mind and body.

We will be outside all morning, so it is important that you come prepared, whatever the weather.

  • Sturdy, enclosed walking shows/boots, wellies or trainers - no flip flops or canvas
  • Warm layers (appropriate all year round (our sessions are at a slow pace)
  • Recommendation to bring a long sleeved item & trousers to protect from brambles and risk of ticks
  • Waterproofs (as appropriate)
  • Sun hat / suncream or hat / gloves (as appropriate)
  • Water bottle
  • A journal and pen
  • Any medication you may require (please inform your leader)
  • Something to sit on/lie on (a coat is fine) - I will have some spares

In poor weather conditions (heavy rain, high winds or storms), we may cancel the session for safety reasons.  We will always try to notify you of a cancellation by 2pm, the day before via email and text. Please see terms and conditions for further information.

There are toilets on site - approximately a 5 minute walk*

*to access, we need to cross a field which sometimes holds sheep and lamb. It is out of lambing season and the sheep do not bother us. Sometimes, this field can be boggy, so please wear appropriate footwear.

Sadly, you are unable to bring a dog to the session.
