We aren’t made for the pace of modern life… Root & Restore is a guided sensory experience in a private, ancient woodland in the New Forest, designed to bring you back to a calm body, a present mind, and a grounded self.
🌿 The session starts with a meditation to set the tone and to begin to let go of the busyness of life
🌿We move on to sensory activities to enable you to reconnect with nature and your body
🌿 We weave in guided ways to tap into your intuition and inner wisdom
🌿 The session completes with a tea ceremony - reflecting on your experience and embracing gratitude
Each session is based on traditional forest bathing and intuitively shaped and guided to meet the needs of the participant. Our sessions are limited to 8 participants to ensure a safe, sacred space.
The session retunes your inner self so not only do you leave feeling calm, relaxed and rejuvenated - you carry with you a deeper connection to nature and yourself in the longer term.
